JobEX is a marketplace for professional and educational opportunities. You may browse public listings without an account. Saving, applying through supported flows, maintaining a profile, using employer tools and purchasing products may require a verified account.

• Do not misuse JobEX, interfere with the service, scrape protected content, or attempt to bypass access controls.

• Do not submit fraudulent employers, opportunities, applications or professional profiles.

JobEX publishes opportunities from employers, administrators and verified external sources. When an opportunity sends you to an external organisation, that organisation controls its application, selection and privacy practices. JobEX does not guarantee selection, employment, funding or an award.

Deadlines, requirements and availability may change at the source. We work to keep listings accurate, but you should confirm important details on the original source before acting.

Free access includes meaningful browsing and free opportunities. Some opportunity details and application links require an active Full Access or Plus entitlement. Pressing a purchase button does not grant access: the entitlement begins only after the secure JobEX backend verifies the Paystack transaction.

Prices, currency and included benefits are shown before payment. One verified payment grants the selected term. Recurring billing is not represented as active unless JobEX explicitly introduces and discloses it.

Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of company information, vacancies and application handling. JobEX may review, request changes to, suspend or remove content that is misleading, unlawful, unsafe or inconsistent with platform standards.

Professionals control the information they submit and whether supported talent-profile visibility is public or private. Users must respect other people’s data and may use it only for legitimate professional purposes.

Paystack processes checkout information. JobEX receives transaction metadata required to verify and fulfil a purchase, but it does not receive your card number or CVV. Failed, reversed, refunded or unverified transactions do not create a continuing entitlement.

For billing support, include your JobEX account email and transaction reference, but never send card details or passwords.

You may request account deletion through the account controls or the public deletion page. JobEX may limit or suspend an account that presents a security risk, violates these terms or abuses other users, subject to applicable law.

We may improve, replace or discontinue features while preserving applicable purchases and legal obligations. JobEX is provided on an “as available” basis; we do not promise uninterrupted service or outcomes controlled by third parties.
